Role and Responsibilities of Stockroom Team Member:
• Perform functions associated with receiving goods, like unloading truck shipments and organizing stockroom tasks.
• Maintain the sales floor by replenishing based on sales patterns and seasonal transitions.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting them and offering help with any questions related to products and services.
• Maintain measures to protect products.
• Instruct new team members on Kohl's brand guidelines, product knowledge, and inventory operations.
• Aid in the efficient execution of transactions by supporting point-of-sale and customer service procedures.
• Observe and respect the company's policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience of Stockroom Team Member:
• Proficiency in customer service coupled with the skill to handle various tasks concurrently.
• Showing a thoroughness in paying attention to details and possessing clear communication skills.
• You do not need any prior retail experience.
• Entry is restricted to individuals aged 16 years and above.
• Availability needed for daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday hours.
