Qualifications:

Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teammates and store leadership.Capability to handle basic math tasks required in a retail processing environment.Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to assigned tasks.Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.Physical capacity to regularly lift, push, and pull items weighing over 20 pounds.Comfortable using stockroom tools, including rolling racks, ladders, and handheld processing devices.Benefits:

Process incoming freight shipments with speed and accuracy to ensure shelves stay stocked.Organize the stockroom layout to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe workspace.Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging, hanging, and sensor-tagging items according to company standards.Identify and process "Mark-Out-of-Stock" (MOS) items while following all loss prevention protocols.Collaborate with the floor team to move inventory quickly from the backroom to the appropriate departments.Keep the stockroom and receiving areas clean, ensuring all trash and cardboard are disposed of safely.Maintain a high level of integrity and awareness to help minimize inventory shrinkage.Assist with general store maintenance and customer service tasks as business needs shift.
