Summary You participate in replenishment and allocation processes to support outstanding customer service and accurate inventory levels. The role requires use of POS and inventory systems, physical handling of merchandise, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise and prepare items for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping.Supervise UPS logs, track packages, arrange hand deliveries, and report damaged merchandise to management.Arrange and maintain merchandise in the stock area to top store standards and ensure all items are accurately ticketed and censored.Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and build IAF for replenishment.Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with store leadership, and prepare the store for inventory readiness.Process incoming repairs, submit claim paperwork to Corporate, and assist in the repair cycle by coordinating client returns.Order store supplies, support facilities and fixture maintenance, and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock areas while following health and safety guidelines.Requirements
