* Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate priorities effectively with distribution employees. * Monitor employees productivity, efficiency and accuracy of all processes. * Understanding of warehouse operations and product flow * Adaptability to new technology and processes * Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues via solid analytical and decision making skills * Ability to supervise warehouse personnel reporting directly to warehouse management * Ability to partner with peer management to drive resolution of issues * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instruction. WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. * Five or more years related experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
