STOCK ASSOCIATE

The Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining operational excellence by providing a great customer experience while present on the sales floor. They are to contribute to the overall financial performance of the store, perform and adhere to operational processes, including backroom/stockroom organization, receiving, merchandise mark out, item disposition, assembly, and fill the sales floor. Operations: Replenishes sales floor multiple times per day based on business need, pulling and staging merchandise for and communicating to associates to place product on the sales floor. Operations: Locates and pulls merchandise and fixtures to support sales floor resets activity. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
