We are seeking a Staff Lead to support daily operations, guide the team, and ensure a seamless and engaging guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-touch service.

A motivated, hands-on leader who can balance floor leadership with operational support. The Staff Lead will act as a key point of contact during shifts, helping to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and foster a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example on the floor, delivering an elevated and welcoming guest experience
Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage
Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time feedback
Drive sales performance by motivating the team and supporting individual goals
Build meaningful relationships with clients through personalized service and product knowledge
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and organization
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
Partner with leadership to communicate opportunities, challenges, and team feedback
Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment
Requirements

2–4 years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to lead shifts and support team performance
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for retail, fashion, and/or lifestyle goods
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
