Responsibilities • Develop content strategies and frameworks to drive customer adoption, engagement and retention • Lead the content design process from discovery and ideation to the final fit and finish of full-fidelity designs • Use the Double Diamond process to design, test and iterate on user flows in close collaboration with product, design and user research partners • Drive a cohesive product narrative and end-to-end consistency in partnership with marketing and customer support teams • Collaborate closely with the Localization team to ensure the English source content will scale to other markets in which eBay operates Requirements • 8+ years professional experience in content-focused roles with 5+ of those years on in-product UX content • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction or a related field • A portfolio of work demonstrating human-centered design thinking and solutions • Experience leading or co-leading the design process, from early concept to launch • Experience developing a product content strategy for web and mobile, including designing for accessibility and inclusivity • Management of multiple projects in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment So, being diverse and inclusive isn’t just something we strive for, it is who we are, and part of what we do each and every single day.
