The Staff Accountant supports the day-to-day accounting operations of State and Liberty and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records as the business continues to scale. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or compliance support roles • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, vendor management, and basic accounting principles • Experience handling multi-state compliance or filings is a plus, including LLCs and sales tax • Extremely organized with strong attention to deadlines and documentation accuracy • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital files, and cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Google Workspace, QuickBooks or equivalent accounting systems, and Excel required • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Notice to California Job Applicants Employee Privacy Notice:
