Job Description We are seeking a skilled Technical Designer with a strong focus on women’s ready-to-wear (full collection including outerwear/ jackets) In this role, you will apply your deep knowledge of garment construction to develop precise tech packs and collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and vendors to ensure fit standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in driving styles through timely fit approvals and maintaining quality throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities • Participate actively in leading fit sessions alongside the Design team and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on fit and design intent. Qualifications • Minimum of 6 years experience leading fit sessions and generating detailed fit commentary.
