Sr. Store Design Planner

The Senior Store Design Planner designs and delivers new and remodel DICK’S Sporting Goods store plans by joining the physical and merchandising attributes of the brand into cost conscious spaces that excite and engage our athletes and teammates. This person ensures the accurate translation of the merchandising, brand, and design intent into each store environment through the review, support, direction, and guidance of internal and external stakeholders. Architectural Floor Planning • Assesses, designs, and documents site conditions that will affect the store environment, project cost, and athlete experience for each potential new, relocation, or remodel brick-and-mortar store. • Collaborates with Real Estate, Space Planning, and Visual Merchandising teams to designing feasibility plans that maximize the site footprints and aligns the interior space with the market-specific athlete makeup. • Collaborates with internal stakeholders on the creation of additional architectural, construction, graphics, and merchandising sheets that support the effective coordination and execution of the store design.
