SR SOURCING MANAGER - Pets

Your ability to stay aware of our suppliers’ activities will help ensure compliance with responsible practices, and you’ll have influence over which manufacturers Target chooses to work with. As a Senior Sourcing Manager in Pets, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and online channels. About you: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic thought and conceptual thinking Ability to work effectively with varying groups of people globally, both internal and external, to achieve business results Accountability to manage a broad range of products in different stages of development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Strong analytical and financial skills Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Target will provide reasonable accommodations (such as a qualified sign language interpreter or other personal assistance) with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
