Your ability to stay aware of our suppliers’ activities will help ensure compliance with responsible practices, and you’ll have influence over which manufacturers Target chooses to work with. As a Senior Sourcing Manager in Household Paper, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with overseas sourcing and external suppliers to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests.
