As a Senior Scrum Master on the Site and Mobile team within Global eCommerce, you will drive multiple Agile scrum teams, run Agile ceremonies, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Levi's remains at the forefront of the eCommerce and Omnichannel online and retail shopping experience for our consumers in Europe, North America, and Asia/Middle East. Responsibilities: \- Lead multiple Agile scrum teams within Agile tracks, and also within Hybrid-Agile process \- Defines, implements, and coaches processes for Agile Scrum based software development to deliver high quality products and services to our customers \- Implement processes, practices, and tools to produce consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies \- Serve as a coach and mentor within the organization (including those more senior on best practices) to facilitate adoption and maturity \- Possess conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with a focus on openness, honesty, and respect \- Maintain metrics for the sprint and proactively seek to add additional metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and continually improve each sprint \- Mentor and guide the other scrum masters \- Model servant leadership, putting the needs of the team first and help them to develop and perform as highly as possible \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Scrum, SAFe and Agile project management \- Organized and analytical, and able to be flexible and quickly adapt to a changing and high growth environment \- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it \- Ultimately, create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints (build team maturity) \- Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to align on processes across the Engineering organization \- Deliver results, and create value for our customers and key stakeholders \- Inspire people to deliver our mission and vision, demonstrate the passion for the business and give people a reason to believe anything is possible
