The individual contributor in this role will partner and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross- functional teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences focused on building selling, styling, and product knowledge capability across various audiences. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of products and programs and use your depth of experience and ideas to deliver human-centered learning solutions that drive measurable business results. A day in the life... \- Interprets and translates learning needs into specific learning objectives \- Support the full life cycle of learning design, development, and delivery of program-based deliverables aligned to our operational priorities \- Partners with subject matter experts and leverages a build/buy/curate approach to deliver human-centered learning experiences \- Collaborate with L&L Managers to assess the learning needs across various business units/functions to further drive and embed selling, styling and product knowledge capability across their respective client groups \- Partner with L&L Ops Managers on resourcing and provide coaching and guidance to the supporting Learning Specialists/Designers/Developers to ensure the learning deliverables are aligned to the learning objectives and meet the needs of the business \- Support the team "hands on" with the design/development of various learning solutions leveraging a variety of authoring tools (e.g. \- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (preferred) in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or similar focus areas; equivalent work experience will be considered \- 5 or more years of experience leading large-scale strategic learning initiatives within a complex and fast-paced business environment \- 5 or more years experience in a Sales or Training role \- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, digital content creation, delivering learning virtually and in-person, and creating a positive blended learning experience for learners \- Intermediate technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and O365 Tools) \- Proven track record of collaborating with a range of cross-functional teams, successfully working through others, and establishing strong relationships \- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change with an eagerness to learn and demonstrate resilience \- Experience working independently with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously This opportunity has the potential to be remote/work from home.
