In This Role You Will • Influence and engage across partner teams worldwide to identify opportunities, and build programs and processes to realize them; • Work cross-functionally with teams across Amazon including pricing, tech, operations, marketing, finance and sales and business development; • Help set and guide the strategy for Selling Partners using data and insights, and establish business goals; • Form and test hypotheses in a fast-paced, ambiguous space; and • Establish business metrics and success factors for performance reporting. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
