The Sr. Patternmaker leads the patternmaking and is a critical forward-facing role. The candidate must have experience as a joint lead in conducting fittings on live models and fit forms and able to clearly communicate all fit comments / fit corrections with their Sr. Tech Design partner for both Domestic and offshore suppliers. This candidate must provide insight, feedback, and resolution to the design and product teams while resolving fit issues. Create, Correct and Maintain patterns within Gerber system, from development handoff through sending to G&M Take joint lead in production fittings, and make corrections to patterns as needed, in conjunction with TD/ Production teams Ensure that patterns are production ready for G&M and/or are compatibility – converted for each factory’s use. Collaborate with Product Development, Tech Design, and Sample Makers to ensure fit approvals for all styles in relevant category are approved in a timely manner and quality is up to standards.
