Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and quantitative Growth Marketing Senior Manager! Responsibilities: Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive growth for new businesses including Store, International growth, and targeted specialty organizations Drive customer growth across key acquisition channels and marketing programs for new businesses (channels include Facebook ads, Google AdWords & display, affiliates, and influencer) Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to stay on top of industry benchmarks and best practices Lead key customer and channel performance analyses to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, draw insights, and deliver reporting Propose, design, and implement new programs that drive the growth of new businesses Continuously assess current marketing programs to freshen and cultivate new audiences, test new marketing channels, and optimize growth Hold financial responsibility to manage marketing budget and forecast Pitch, create, and execute experiments/tests aimed at driving new business growth Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing and Business Analytical skills, but curious experimenter to strive for new and best Must have five years related acquisition marketing for DTC / consumer goods / digitally native brand Bring a love of learning and developing relationships with customers Resourceful and thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment Excel experience for reporting
