Position Summary ​ The Senior Marketing Intelligence Analyst will identify and collect appropriate guest, competitor, and market data. Assist in the development and execution of the post-campaign analysis and insights that provide direction for optimization on marketing spend and media mix Develop a picture of the company's competitiveness compared to other players in the market Conceptualize and run analysis that generate insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further developing our service to the customer Create monitors and automated alerts for critical KPIs and OKR’s Create automated marketing dashboards with key metrics and details for every market against business goals Collaborate with media and analytics teams to proactively create visualizations that answer questions and solve problems Build dashboards that enable deeper insight into Media trends Ideate, develop, and implement strategies to automate repetitive tasks and reporting Analyze web traffic and track digital marketing effectiveness Design, build and automate key business metrics into visualizations that tell a story Partner and work closely with leaders in Digital Marketing, Offline Advertising and Media Buying to integrate data that will capitalize on campaign and media performance Own campaign reporting via custom dashboards and visualizations Partner with IT teams to support the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence infrastructure that supports the Marketing Department Create interactive dashboards of demographic data in each of our markets Create and maintain dashboards for comparing customer segments Cross data analysis of consumer segments, web data and media trends Pull data from multiple sources to support statistical analyses Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations Aggregate and combine internal data with third-party consumer demographic data sets to develop customer profiles that will aid in marketing and targeting efficiencies Oversee data standards and implement proper documentation for all analytic and data pull processes within the Media & Analytics Team Create workflows and build data extracts that utilize a variety of Alteryx tools and packages Able to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing and data analytics.
