The Sr. Manager, Territory Lead for South Carolina will oversee and manage a territory for market, including distributor management and key account management. The Territory Lead supervises account leads & distributor teams to ensure target, plans, and sales goals are achieved.
Office/Location: Remote in South Carolina in market based on business needs
Compensation: $112,000-$140,000/ annually + bonus
Distributor Management:
Manages day-to-day relationship with distributors for Key accounts within marketCommunicates guidelines & expectations to distributors to ensure flawless execution across all channels within scope, brand objectives and strategies, and to deliver targetsTracks distributor KPIs, based on brand/market priorities; takes corrective action as necessaryDrives distributor to meet sales & depletion goals & execute the national and local program calendarParticipation in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor educationAccount Management:
Has account management responsibilities for top MH priority accountsIs responsible for sales & depletion goals for On/Off-Premise channelInforms market lead of inventory risks or opportunity to influence market forecasts Owns program/activity calendar for distributor-managed accounts & MH managed accountsEnsures account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within MH brand guidelines Strategy & Planning:
Proposes programs/events in local market to be included in the program calendar in partnership with FTMConducts competitive analysis & proposes new business opportunities for the channel to market leadPeople Management:

This role requires frequent driving to support account visits, transport POSM, and meet essential business needs. Driving is an essential function of the position. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Eligibility for a company vehicle is subject to a satisfactory driving record and completion of the Company’s approval process.
