Sr. Manager Sustainability Technology (REMOTE) - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Sr. Manager Sustainability Technology is a newly created role that will be part of the Global Value Chain team within the Technology & Process Group (TPG). This leader will collaborate with the PVH Corporate Responsibility and our brand business teams to manage the implementation and integration of systems to support varying Fashion Forward goals especially in the areas of Human Rights and Environmental Sustainability. The role will provide great exposure working across the global business regions and functions to develop foundational technology solutions for CR that will influence business as well as help to deliver positive environmental and social impacts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Ability to lead the implementation of systems and tools that allow for measuring and providing continuous improvements across PVH CR targeted objectives and metricsContribute to strategy and inspire innovation through constant collaboration with CR and business leadsManage corporate responsibility projects in alignment with the company strategy, CR strategy, functional objectives and team goalsDevelop and lead programs/initiatives, setting direction and executing company-level projects of varying scopes (from research to enterprise-wide launches); accountable for projects end-to-endManage multiple stakeholder groups and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, cross-functional/divisional partners and external partiesProvide own expertise to the development and design of overall CR system and data landscape and provide new insight where ableManage outside application solution developers to assist, support and review system and technical design documents to ensure functional and business requirements are met.Design and support the data integration requirements between platforms (both upstream and downstream processes and systems)Perform cross-functional reviews and designs for both processes and systems.Define and document application requirements to meet business needs and execute system solutions to achieve business objectivesFully manage the Composition of requirements documentation, functional specifications, workflows, and implementation plansDefine robust test plans and test scripts, coordinate the execution of Unit Testing scenarios, document results, resolve issues and facilitate the exercise of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Ensure all changes and enhancements within the application are properly tested before deployment to productionAbility to understand complex system architectures, leveraging on IT Project Manager and Tech Specialist skillsetWork well in a global business environment, being able to communicate effectively with business associates across different cultures, time zones and languages (as this is a global position)QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant Supply Chain Technology experience preferably in the apparel and accessories sector5 years of Project Management experience with an understanding of various implementation methodologies including Waterfall and AgileKnowledge of IT, enterprise-wide systems (i.e., SAP, PLM, Infor NEXUS, Vendor Management Systems),Excellent management, analytical, conceptual thinking, problem solving and strategic planning to rally others around a common vision and identify the steps between current and future stateAbility to communicate complex ideas in clear and concise language, both verbally and through PowerPoint presentation and Visio, with both technical and non-technical staff and leadershipStrong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with off-shore teamsAbility to meet challenges and delays by uncovering constraints created by underlying assumptions, misaligned goals, or inadequate resourcesEducation: Bachelor degree or 10+ years or equivalent work experienceSoft Skills: Ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlinesSelf-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas while maintaining calmCollaborate with all levels of the organization both internal and external to ITStrong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of managementWork effectively in a cross-team environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills#LI-YN2 PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
