Job Description Form Section 1: General Information Job Title: Senior Cell Manager Function: FLSA status: Exempt Division: Packaging Supervisor Title: Director of Manufacturing Production Location: L'Oréal USA North America Section 2: Job Summary: This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and is responsible for managing all packaging activities of the assigned cell in compliance with L'Oréal standards. Section 3: Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree with major in technical field or Management required, Engineering degree preferred; 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing management role or like industry; Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Analysis; Conscientious, positive attitude, reliable, responsible and flexible; Be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a team setting; Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet time commitments; Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures Section 4: Judgment and Decision Making: Decisions made by the Cell Manager can directly impact Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment and Morale. Morale: Must be an actively engaged employee exhibiting a positive attitude and a focus on teamwork to achieve best in class results. Manage and direct all production activity to fully support attainment of the production plan by supervising the coordination of the short term fixed schedule and the long term production plan on an intra-department and inter- department basis. Develop and implement programs that train staff and packaging work force in methods and procedures that maximize the efficient operation and application of the means of production.
