Sr. Manager, Machine Learning & Automation

This team specializes in solving complex marketing business problems, from understanding and forecasting how our customers are shopping, browsing on our platform, to modeling user behavior and how people like to engage with our products. We work with teams across the company to model and quantify what happens on our website and app, and build ML products that help Saks make better and data driven decisions. We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team and lead our data scientists and data engineers who specialize in optimizing customer communication strategies, forecasting, causal analyses and driving increased customer value through personalization initiatives.
