The Senior Manager has full accountability for the Digital Fraud Analytics & Operations for Saks 0FF 5TH. This includes full management and oversight of the fraud analysts, fraud operations managers and review agents, and management of all vendor relationships for Fraud Analytics & Operations. Own and define digital manual review strategies, manage the review rates to the appropriate level and ensure the team delivers on service levels while not exceeding annual chargeback targets. Own Digital Fraud Analytics, Data Oversight and Reporting Leverage fraud data modeling and analytics to ensure effectiveness of the rules-engine, mitigate fraudulent activities, lower review rates and false cancels, manage customer impact, and adapt to meet changing business needs Identify rules-engine gaps and areas for improvement; analyzing data to identify the root cause of issues as they arise Collaborate with departments across the company to reduce fraud and chargebacks Design extensive reporting as relevant to assess the performance trends of fraud in the organization (digital/store, other chargebacks, and Merchandise Not Received) to ensure effectiveness, identify areas of opportunity and share actionable insights.
