This position is primarily responsible for supporting the integration of diversity and inclusion strategies, policies, practices, procedures and programs throughout Fossil Group. \- Assist with developing, communicating and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, programs and processes at Fossil Group \- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the organization to build diversity and inclusion champions, discover collaboration opportunities, and drive Fossil Group's diversity and inclusion objectives and agenda \- Assist with the establishment and management of Fossil Group's employee resource groups \- Partner with Marketing, Communications, Learning and Development and Recruiting to advance the diversity and inclusion objectives in each respective function \- Conduct benchmarking and research and maintain knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices \- Research diversity and inclusion surveys, indexes and awards and assist in the development and creation of submission packages \- Encourage and engage in diversity and inclusion learning and discussion on company communication channels \- Develop and prepare diversity and inclusion data reporting \- Build and nurture relationships and serve as a diversity and inclusion resource for employees throughout Fossil Group \- Support strategic relationships with relevant professional associations, industry organizations, educational institutions, community groups and nonprofits to advance Fossil Group's diversity and inclusion objectivesCreate an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
