POSITION SUMMARY: The Supply Strategy Data & Analytics (SDA) team plays a key role in catering to the reporting and analytics needs of PVH Supply (the Global Supply Chain function).Working as a part of the SDA team based in NY, the Senior Manager will leverage her/his technical and analytical skills on multiple reporting & analytics deliverables (regular / ad-hoc / project based) that will in-turn enable PVH Supply lwith data & insights to make informed decisions.The candidate will primarily assist Supply through data & analytics initiatives supporting the Corporate Supply Power Plan. S/he will also manage reporting and analytics efforts related to new Supply Chain and business related initiatives (Eg: Cost Optimization Supply Chain Visibility, Traceability and Sustainability) as well as tracking impact of adverse market conditions / risk events.The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics also has a responsibility to partner with Supply and business teams in identifying and defining analytics needs and working with extended SDA team to construct analytical solutions to problem statements. S/he will leverage their Project Management skills – to help organize and assemble the man-power, technology, processes, and financial resources necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of the business.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Strategy:Help to create multiyear vision and data strategy for PVH SupplyProvides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the business’s strategic direction and KPI’s.Supports business executives and departmental leaders in making strategic, data-driven decisions, in regard to new products, additional use cases, customer segments, investments, among other subjects.Collaboration:Partner with TPG to influence data and analytics capability roadmap, looking at flow of data end to endCollaborate across brands and regions to standardize and simplify toolset, data hierarchy, methodologies, and reportingPartner with brands and regions to model out and quantify value of initiativesAnalytics:Prioritize the backlog of analytics capabilities working with key business leadersDemonstrated skill at data cleansing, data quality assessment, and using analytics for data assessmentAnalyze & report internal and external data relevant to PVH SupplyGather/ extract, cleanse, standardize, and integrate multiple data sets.Create reports / dashboards using available toolsConvert business rules to code in SQL/Python/R to cleanse and derive insights.Use statistical methods to analyze and derive trends from the dataPresent quantitative insights in a simple & effective way to leadershipUnderstand evolving Internal Supply chain systems landscape and architectureAnalyze data from multiple supply source systems and standardize and harmonize data from those systems.Perform variety analyses, hypothesis testing, and causal analyses to statistically assess data trends and communicate the insights.Individually manage the delivery of day-to day and ad-hoc data analysis requests supporting the PVH Supply business groups as requiredCollaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders - US SDA counterparts, Vendor Management Team, Brands and Businesses, TPG, CR Team & external service partners to leverage appropriate data sources for analysis and reportingKnowledge and Opportunity:Stays informed and keep up with the latest industry trends and best practicesParticipates in data conferences, workshops, seminars, and so forth.Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or similar quantitative field required, Master’s degree a plusTechnical Skills (Must have)Prior experience / exposure to applying analytics in a Supply Chain environmentStrong expertise with MS Excel (Pivot tables, look-up formulas, handling large volumes of data)Strong expertise in data visualization in MS ExcelCreate wireframes based on business needsStrong expertise in using PowerPoint to present analysis findings and provide insightsExposure to creating senior leadership level executive presentationsIntermediate expertise with data mining using SQLAbility to query and manipulate datasets using SQL.Ability to write complex queries to model business rules.Understanding of Relational data models.Technical Skills (Good to have)Exposure to automating Excel tasks using VBA macros will be a plusPrior experience / exposure to applying analytics in Fashion / ApparelExposure to open-source programming languages for data analysis (R or Python)Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI / MicrostrategyOther SKILLSPresentation skillsDelegationTeam buildingPlanningData Analysis#LI-116885563_AS1 PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
