SR MANAGER, CREATIVE SYSTEMS OPERATIONS, Roundel

This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the health of our business operations to make Target first-to-market in the advertising space. This vital role will lead the vision and strategy for order management automation through a technical solution and will need to influence partners and stakeholders in order to drive change. The ideal candidate for this role will understand the technology and order management process, including familiarity with sales tools, the programmatic digital ecosystem, and operational functions (i.e. best practices, workflows). They will be persuasive to impact and improve media operations practices by partnering across Roundel and Roundel’s stakeholders to develop new and iterated processes. Experience in Work Management SAAS platforms (Workfront preferred), used for creative workflow processes required Experience in platforms such as SalesForce, SAP, Operative, and Prisma a plus Understanding and familiarity of competitive industry creative management tools Highly self-motivated and well-organized Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality Proven ability to collaborate across teams within an organization Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Prior experience with Agile methodologies preferred, not required Genuine curiosity with how things work Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Target will provide reasonable accommodations (such as a qualified sign language interpreter or other personal assistance) with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
