Summary The Sr. Learning & Leadership Specialist partners with HR and business leaders to design, deliver, and measure enterprise learning programs that align to business priorities. This hybrid role supports the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, LMS administration, and impact measurement. Responsibilities Partner with HR and talent teams to identify learning needs and align learning strategy to business outcomesDesign and develop scalable people-centric learning solutions from technical and skill-based to competency-based developmentFacilitate virtual and in-person learning using adult learning principlesAdminister and improve the Learning Management System and related learning processesLead and manage complex learning projects, including vendor partnerships and project planningAnalyze program data, measure impact, and present findings to drive continuous improvementRequirements
