Responsibilities include developing creative, innovative and fashion-forward designs for licensed home textiles and accessories. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product developers, merchandisers, and manufacturers, to ensure the successful execution of designs. Collaborate with Licensors to establish design direction and manage the submission and approval of designs. Reviewing samples and providing feedback to suppliers to ensure the accuracy of design details and quality. Previous experience in home products a plus, but not required.
