## Job description Brand: Designer Brands Req #: 108608 Location Name: Home Office, Columbus Department: Finance The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle EDMCS) works as a member of the Designer Brands Finance team to provide business process and functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Budgeting & Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Data Management, Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS) and Enterprise Narrative Reporting Contributes to operating and growing the business, serving the client, developing the best people, and shaping our culture. Reports to Sr Mgr Financial Systems Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \- Implement Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services to capture GL changes from ERP systems and push the changes to EPM applications \- Independently drive requirements and design Oracle EDMCS in terms of right data chain objects, workflow, maintenance views and required integrations \- Create Subscriptions and Approval policies in EDMCS \- Develop data conversion strategy and specification \- Work with the Finance team to map the COA from various feeder systems to central EDMCS \- EDMCS requirements gathering, design and implementation strategy for the Master data creation and metadata management \- Create and maintain alternate hierarchies for EPBCS, FCCS, Free-Form Planning and reporting using EDMCS \- Develop Versions, Hierarchies, Properties, Property Categories for the metadata maintenance in EDMCS \- Develop validations and verifications in EDMCS for validating metadata as per business guidelines \- Perform the monthly EDMCS update process using Batch scripts & Configuration scripts \- Develop and maintain the EDMCS exports and usage of the Imports / blenders to perform the metadata update on EDMCS \- Create and maintain Nodes, validations and assigning to the respective hierarchies \- Define formulae for properties - Derived properties \- Update property values - Action Scripts \- Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation \- Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals \- Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business- aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions \- Lead testing and training programs during EPM Cloud transformations ## Profile \- Understand current COA and related hierarchy to assist in developing One Standard Chart of Accounts using EDMCS \- Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle DB) including relevant ETL solutions \- Life-cycle implementation experience with Oracle EDMCS to integrate multiple source ERPs \- Experience with conceptualization, design and assistance in the implementation of new and existing systems, middleware, master data management (MDM), metadata, data quality, data warehouse and production architectures \- Hands on experience with data cleansing, enrichment, match-merge procedures \- Experience with designing and implementing Data Governance programs \- Experience with OneCloud / ODI / Informatica for data Integrations.
