Sr. Fashion Designer - Intimates Wear

Portfolio Required Location: Onsite Daily (Manhattan, NY) We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer specializing in womens Intimates to join our team. Required Skills • Exceptional creative talent with a commercial fashion eye and attention to detail in product styling/performance • Strong Illustrator CAD skills (technical CADs, lace brushes/patterns/textures, coloring CADs) • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Solid understanding of garment construction, particularly lingerie and women’s RTW • Ability to deliver brand-right, commercial designs aligned with business strategy • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage several projects simultaneously • Clear communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate construction instructions • Collaborative and team-oriented approach; able to incorporate constructive criticism • Flexible, agile, and creative problem solver; able to adapt designs based on feedback • Customer-focused mindset with ability to anticipate and react to customer needs • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Desired Skills • Prior experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) design • Knowledge and passion for lingerie and strong understanding of brand history/DNA • PLM system experience (creating, updating, and maintaining design records) • Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships (technical design, sourcing, etc.) Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10001 (Required)
