Develop divisional strategies that achieve company EBITDA objectives. Establish “strategic view of the line” (SVL) targets for the division across price, wearing occasion and style lifecycle; optimizing assigned assortment for omni-channel product line Direct and oversee MAP process for the division. Partner with Creative, Visual and Marketing to create an exciting customer experience. Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.QualificationsEducation/Experience Required:·Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising or other related field.·10+years of business and merchandising experience, preferably for a specialty vertical retailer·5 years managerial experience, leading a team.·Excellent in person presentation skills.
