Sr. Director, Digital and E-Commerce

SMCP is searching for a Sr. Director, Digital & E-Commerce to lead the development, growth and optimization of digital commerce, CRM and loyalty in N. America. In this position, you will develop our regional business plan to deliver top line digital sales whilst maintaining bottom line targets, managing day to day operations, and optimizing the digital consumer experience working in partnership with the SMCP Group and Brands. What you’ll do: Collaborate with Group digital & brand digital teams to develop and implement the regional e-Commerce business plan and roadmap to deliver sales for own sites and partner sites Build and manage P&L including forecast and track volume metrics, business drivers and costs Identify business development opportunities via new channels and build business cases Contribute to the improvement of brand profitability by designing and implementing local CRM initiatives to acquire, engage, retain customers and leverage data Partner with Retail and Marketing to implement a customer experience strategy across stores and online channels Partner closely with Marketing to align on important initiatives and messaging resulting in greater value delivered through a strong brand voice Work closely with the Operations and Logistic team to minimize shipping delays and maximize post-purchase customer experience to ensure high level of customer satisfaction Lead Phygital initiatives in North America to create a seamless customer journey Maintain our own digital channels (websites and/or mobile) as SMCP Digital Flagships to effectively tell our brand story thru compelling web content and merchandising In partnership with the Group and Brand teams, continually look for ways to enhance the on-line customer experience, define and prioritize site feature and functionality, maximize site usability, and increase KPI performance Work closely with the local Merchandising team on product availability and sell-through Provide ongoing tracking, analysis and measurement of customer on-site behavior. Recommend enhancements based on resulting analysis Define strategy for paid, organic search, performance marketing and affiliations & support the marketing team on prospecting initiatives Who you are: A leader in the digital space; backed by at least 8 years’ e-commerce experience with full P&L management An expert at innovating and optimizing the customer journey and experience A strong project manager, possessing eCommerce and CRM capabilities such as SalesForce Commerce Cloud and CRM A collaborator and team player who enjoys partnering across different functions and geographies An entrepreneur with an agile mindset and hands-on disposition A caring and motivating leader with talent development experience *Previous experience working in the fashion/beauty industry Some benefits of working at SMCP Health, dental and vision insurance Voluntary insurance coverage including Pet insurance Generous Paid Time Off Parental leave policy (non-birthing parents included) Retirement savings plan (401k) with Company match Clothing Allowance Generous retail discount
