sr. Director, Benefits

This position reports to the VP of Compensation and Benefits and has significant interaction with leaders across the organization. \- Oversees administration of all benefit plans as well as management of third-party vendors. \- Directs the communications regarding benefits plans/policies to ensure the largest return and to educate the employee population about the content and value of the benefits being offered. \- Leads the Committees responsible for benefit plan oversight and provides key information and reporting to the Compensation & Talent Committee of the Board of Directors. \- Provides strategic leadership with regard to controlling benefits offerings and costs and increasing the ROI in employee benefits given changes in the benefits market and organization demographics.
