OVERVIEW: XÍRENA’s Senior Designer – Soft Wovens will research, concept, and design for our soft woven fabrications with a focus on tops, dresses, and skirts. This individual should be able to translate the brand identity and seasonal vision into innovative, timeless product that captures the brand’s easy, effortless, and timeless aesthetic. • · Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects • · Must have experience with soft woven fabrications and dresses, tops, & skirt categories • · 5+ years min. of experience as a designer Company policy prohibits harassment of applicants or employees on the basis of any protected classes
