Sr. Designer Headwear

Collaborating with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing, the Senior Designer is responsible for leading and seeking innovation that is meaningful, inspirational, and brand appropriate. Proposes concepts that reflect the seasonal creative vision of the Sunday Afternoons brand and balance the appropriate integration of fashion and technology. Assists with initial patterns and samples to ensure design is executed according to design intent. Provides clear direction and collaborates with materials team to select fabrics, trims, and other materials for new products. Provides clear direction in collaboration with Sewing team and/or assigned Product Developer to successfully execute prototypes and samples as outlined in the product line plan/brief.
