Design Your Future at PVHSr. Business Process Analyst, Supply - PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. This role will support implementation of SAP S/4 or other Supply Chain capabilities with focus on tactical execution of business enablement activities including business requirements & training documentation, user acceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement.________________________________________________________________________PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Contribute as a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert SME with strong working knowledge of Supply Chain business processes, leading practices, & tools (i.e. SAP, GTN, JDA or other) capabilitiesConduct “as is” discovery of current state Supply Chain processes to understand business requirements & improvement opportunities with delivery of new capabilitiesDocument future state business processes and requirements leveraging new capabilitiesPerform current vs. future state assessments to assist business units with understanding of “from/to” change impactsSupport execution of change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoptionAssist preparation and execution of user acceptance testingRegularly report and update on progress, timelines, and challengesDevelop Supply Chain “day in the life” business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentationDeliver Supply Chain “day in the life” training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actionsMonitor Supply Chain process performance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues & identifying improvement actionsSupport cross business unit forums to exchange of Supply Chain best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive  continuous improvement opportunitiesAssist with management and documentations of enhancement requests across business units related to Supply Chain continuous improvementsStay apprised of latest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH Supply Chain processes_______________________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:   Minimum 5 years operational and/or consulting experience in Supply ChainMinimum of 2 years’ experience in business process management or improvementApparel or consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business2+ year’s experience with leading ERP (SAP preferred) and business process mapping tools.
