Description The Associate Relations Specialist supports the day-to-day administration of associate relations activities for Victoria’s Secret Stores in the US and Canada. They provide an open line of communication to ensure policies, procedures and disciplinary actions are followed properly. They provide consultation with field leaders and associates to clarify and resolve issues by being a mediator and problem solver. Provide guidance to field leaders and client groups on performance and policy administration and application Build leadership capability by providing coaching and feedback around handling of associate issues Track and analyze HR Metrics to help move the business forward with trends and metric analysis Proactively identify trends within stores, districts, regions and/or by issue type to assist in diagnosing and recommending training opportunities
