Sr. Associate Production, Footwear & Accessories

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows — from costing and purchase orders through bulk production and delivery — while collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, design, logistics, and marketing teams. Manage scheduling, workflow, and production timelines across the seasonal calendarCommunicate daily with overseas factories to ensure orders are manufactured on schedule, to spec, and to quality standardsCoordinate, create, modify, and distribute purchase orders independently and in collaboration with the teamTrack and maintain WIP reports and production timelinesIdentify and resolve production issues proactively to minimize delays and disruptionsCommunicate production priorities and updates across cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and operationsNegotiate costs, lead times, and production terms with suppliersEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all production documentation and approvalsTrack, organize, and manage marketing materials related to production and launchesReview, process, and communicate comments and approvals on artwork and packaging submitted by factories Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in production or product development in footwear or accessoriesStrong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and industry standardsExperience communicating with overseas vendors and factoriesProficiency with WIP reporting, purchase order management, and costing toolsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
