The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in EI&D to… Contribute to creating and promoting a culture of equity, inclusion, commitment, accountability and equity; leveraging diversity best practices, research and benchmark data Serve as a liaison across the organization on various HR metrics, analytics, and Reporting. Produce comprehensive quarterly dashboard and dashboard reporting for senior leadership Create and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and communication plans for programs and initiatives Assist in the creation and management of content including training materials, resources and talking points Consistently exercise discretion and good judgment, including sensitivity to confidential information, and cultural sensitivity and awareness related to individuals from wide-ranging background Analyzes data and summarizes performance using statistical procedures, uses data visualization techniques to discern data relationships and present data in a manner that speeds time to insight Monitor internal and external trends and best practices in EI&D Support Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) and Inclusion Council engagements and meeting preparation (information gathering & sharing, logistics, etc.) Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experiences (in EI&D is a plus), or relevant professional experience Experience interacting with clients/executives in a global environment Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with superior organizational skills; fast learner who can navigate process Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or related data visualization tools, and SAP Success Factors Suite preferred Experience working with talent acquisition, learning & development or Talent Management in a global organization preferred Experience evaluating training needs and developing learning journeys for adult learners preferred A bachelor’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, data science, economics, or a related STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) preferred Six Sigma, ROI certification or other data analysis designation Experience in crafting effective and engaging generative AI prompts that improve data model performance Our Competencies for All Employees Courage: Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.
