SR. ASSOCIATE DEMAND PLANNER

The Sr. Associate Demand Planner will assist the Demand Planning Manager and the Planning team to manage multiple aspects of demand planning and enhance profitability for a department. Key Accountabilities: Assist with the development of product category goals to create seasonal buy plans that tie back to wholesale financial goals Consolidate demand for the total wholesale channel and partner with Production to ensure that receipt needs for wholesale channel deliveries are consistently met Run internal margin reporting and analysis Run seasonal post mortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goals Assist in the execution and development of capacity plans Support the management of inventory Help analyze quarterly projections for replenishment styles Analyze retailer projections to support the creation of processes and timelines for the sales and planning teams in order to hit buying and sourcing deadlines Help maintain timelines to hit buying and sourcing deadlines encompassing account needs Support system development to enhance planning program functionality Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field 1-2 years of related experience required Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative Proficient in Microsoft Office
