LCM is a strategic function that provides insights to the management that contribute to the bottom line profit of the company The role involves right sizing analysis of new initiatives as well as leading the process of portfolio optimization of the existing portfolio of products. In this role you will be responsible for: \- POLO SKU Portfolio Management and Optimization: To collect, present and analyze business data related to SKU productivity and performance to drive business decisions on optimization for OPI and POLO brands, such as inventory, shipments, demand, sales levels, C1 and other key measures related to SKU performance \- VAR and inventory management: to create and maintain the VAR report for Global POLO and Retail hair brands, and to work with trade marketing teams o VAR discount plans in order to decrease the amount of $ on VAR for both brands. The Sr. Analyst is expected to drive escalation and propose action plans for risk management on a preventive manner, working together with its counterpart in Hair to drive a full E&O picture to LCM Sr Maager, NA CFO and NA Supply VP.
