Your Role As an advisor to management and the cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for supporting key business meetings, reporting to leadership periodically, and representing VS Beauty in key retail communication points. Development of Monthly Price Point Variance (PPV) Forecast and analysis of variances for Weekly, Pre & Post Close PPV Process Drive process improvements to variance analysis and to minimize variances Development of Seasonal Budget & Analysis Coordinate and Review detect controls analysis Review reporting related to costing process and ensure issues are addressed to prevent reoccurrence Support raw material adjustment process, and communicate business impact Invoice discrepancy resolution PO-PIR Report resolution Maintain, extract data in business systems including Ariba, SAP, etc. Communicate key information concerning Reval, Rebate, PPV budgeting and Value Engineering Impacts to leadership at multiple levels Assist with various financial reporting objectives specific to the Beauty business costing processes Support Sourcing team onboarding and maintenance training of the Standard Cost Methodology to internal and cross-functional associates as needed. Qualifications Your Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 5-7 years work experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role Manufacturing and/or consumer goods/retail experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other ERP systems is beneficial Solid business acumen and ability to make recommendations and business decisions in partnership with supervisor Demonstrated ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments, developing trusted advisor relationships with internal and external partners.
