Design Your Future at PVHSr Accounts Payable Assistant - PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Sr. Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoice information entered into the Accounts Payable system and ensuring correct posting of invoices.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Perform diligent review of invoices that other AP Associates processed for accuracy and Company compliance and work directly with associates to resolve  errorsResearch, prepare, and input invoices.Reconcile & review Serengeti file against invoices and provide upload file for processingProcess uploads using the SAP Upload template and verify accuracyAbility to establish professional lines of communication with other internal departments, manage email, mail and telephone inquiries in a timely manner and urgent payment requests when called uponAssist in resolution of problems of the monthly Debit Balance reportResearch invoices, reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist with processing invoices processed in Ariba systemAssist with other AP assignments when requestedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experienceEducation:  Associate’s Degree or EquivalentSystems:SAP proficientKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookWinshuttle and SAP uploadsAriba (a plus)Skills:  Strong data entry skillsTeam player and takes a proactive approach in learningStrong time management skillsStrong attention to detailPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
