NYC based Contemporary Women's denim and apparel company is hiring a Sr. Account Executive to support the VP of Sales with both existing and new business. Small company and lean team! Reports into VP Sales No direct reports Requires women’s apparel or denim experience managing +5M in volume, strong analytical skills and retail math Preferred relationships: shopbop, revolve, evereve Current business with Wantables, Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Stitchfix, The Buckle, Dea Cultivate existing accounts and seek opportunities to expand on business within existing accounts Prospect new target accounts to expand on current business Implement and manage the development of sales strategy in conjunction with the team Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis, identify key market players Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals Manage profitability of key accounts Identify local market needs and opportunities. Liaise with VP Sales, Design and Production in executing product opportunities.
