Act as a consultant and client advocate to provide solutions that deliver on client needs Client presentations and education Oversee the entire sales cycle for your accounts, while empowering your internal partner teams of audience, media and creative experts to bring industry leading solutions that drive meaningful results to clients with integrity and transparency. About you: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 5+ years digital media sales, agency and/or marketing experience Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M+ Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends/technologies and agency landscape Ability to think strategically, problem solve and identify opportunities Strong, succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message Thrives in ambiguity and able to flex with changing priorities Great partner and collaborator with cross functional team Must be willing to travel as necessary for maximum client and/or agency coverage Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Target will provide reasonable accommodations (such as a qualified sign language interpreter or other personal assistance) with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
