The Coordinator provides support and market research to the Sponsorship Director for outreach, implementation of information and data, and tracking of sponsorships KPI’s. Engage and schedule meetings to discuss sponsorship opportunities with local businesses, follow-up development sponsorship proposals, and communicate results and decisions to Director. • Maintaining a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities. Make periodic contact with assigned donors (email, note, phone call) to nurture relationships for future donations. • Working with Director, Marketing, and PR team to organize outreach events, including sales, marketing, and planning, to promote the services of the organization and receive donations.
