Job Summary:

By ensuring that items are fresh, available, and accurately priced on the sales floor, the Food & Beverage team contributes to consistent guest experiences. This team's expertise lies in operational efficiency and processes. They take charge of overseeing food and food service operations, which include activities like replenishment, maintaining inventory accuracy, upholding food safety standards, improving presentation, managing pricing, and handling promotional signage duties for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

Responsibilities:

Create a top-notch guest experience by delivering a new and well-supplied shopping atmosphere throughout the operational hours, with an emphasis on satisfying the guest's needs ahead of other responsibilities.Ensure the continuation and enforcement of the Food & Beverage Standards.Perform duties associated with food and beverage procedures, which involve handling food deliveries, restocking supplies, conducting inventory checks, maintaining data integrity, disposing of spoiled products, rotating merchandise, upkeeping cleanliness, labeling items appropriately, and organizing storage for surplus items.Keep yourself updated on the latest and upcoming promotions at Starbucks.Adhere to the established procedures and guidelines of both Target and Starbucks in order to deliver a consistent guest experience, perform tasks in a timely manner, and ensure the maintenance of food safety measures.Aid in the efficient execution of digital customer requests through the Starbucks Drive Up service to uphold accuracy and timeliness.Keep the dining area pleasant and accommodating for customers throughout the shift.Communicate with patrons to achieve and go beyond their needs according to the set Starbucks criteria.Create artisanal beverages and dishes in alignment with the instructions provided in recipe cards.It is essential to comply with food safety protocols by closely observing and logging the temperatures of perishable items, following the standards set forth in recognized guidelines.Perform and log all cleaning responsibilities within the Starbucks area according to established guidelines.Search for and pinpoint defective, recalled, or expired goods and manage them in line with industry guidelines.Guarantee adequate stock availability through the implementation of recommended procedures for initiating store orders.Maintain proper perishable inventory protocols to ensure precise inventory tracking.Following recommended sampling protocols.Acquire a thorough understanding of the range of products, resources, and amenities provided in the store overall and within your local domain to resolve customer problems and elevate their satisfaction.Meet all mandated training prerequisites and obtain the requisite certifications pertaining to the quality control of Starbucks items.Uphold a standard of ethical behavior, prioritize safety measures, and ensure compliance with guidelines.Ensure your safety by consistently following safety regulations, established procedures, and training sessions; identify dangers and rectify them when feasible.Provide assistance for customer service areas such as additional cashiering, handling order pickups, and facilitating drive-up services while upholding a culture of compliance, including conforming with adult beverage regulations at federal, state, and local levels.Enhance guest satisfaction by extending a friendly welcome as you go about your daily responsibilities.Offer a warm and welcoming approach when assisting customers with their individual needs.Extend a warm thank you to all visitors for patronizing Target and choosing us for their shopping needs.Any further tasks required will be assigned based on the operational requirements of the businessSkills:
