Role Summary:The Talent & Experience Program Specialist’s primary focus is to support the team with the creation, development, and delivery of organizational development strategy and programs for the organization. This includes programming related to talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and change management. Key Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Human Resource environment, talent management and engagement survey experience  strongly preferred Strong time management skillsExcellent project management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex statements, pivot tables, Macros, conditional formatting) and Google Workspace (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasetsMust have strong relationship building and influence skills A change agent who is flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid paced environment Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment Role Description: Develop, deliver, evaluate, and refine talent and experience programs in partnership with the Director and People Business Partners; specifically the development and implementation of a structured talent management framework and VOE program Create materials to build awareness and excitement for programs (including, but not limited to: communications, presentations, job aids, leadership guides, facilitator guides, etc.)
