We are actively seeking a driven, creative, and strategic candidate to fill the role of Social Media Specialist to drive best-in-class organic social for PINK. The Social Media Specialist will be a key player in driving big-picture strategy across all social platforms, and will be responsible for driving best-in-class engagement and growing key platforms to bring the initiatives to life. We place the customer at the heart of everything we do. Creative Briefings & Content Sourcing/Planning: Build social briefs for creative partners, talent, influencers and associate teams. Qualifications Your Experience Bachelor’s degree required 3-4 years of hands-on social media experience with a brand or agency Deep understanding of top social media platforms, including TikTok, IG & Pinterest Ability to balance multiple workstreams and prioritization Outstanding communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to make quick decisions Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn Ability to think both creatively and strategically Deep knowledge of youth culture, preferably with an interest in fashion retail and global Gen Z Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and deal with accelerated deadlines and shifting deliverable Fun, friendly, positive team player who is open to receiving and executing feedback *Please provide any Instagram, TikTok or other social handles you manage – we’re all about social and want to see what you’ve got!
