Responsibilities As a Planning Specialist, you will: Develop, evaluate, and monitor unit plans, projections, inventory flow and promotional strategies to produce maximum sales, margin and turn metrics Partner with Planning Manager to proactively react to business trends and opportunities with a sense of urgency; for example, develop sales projections and inventory flow for key items/collections Routinely present recommendations through analysis to Planning Manager related to driving long and short-term business goals Partner and communicate with Buyers, Allocation, Marketing, Operations and Visual teams to develop assortment plans and communicate current business trends Deliver achievement of sales and inventory plans Provide support to the Planning Manager, including sizing and building assortments, advertising validation, item management, business planning and pricing Exhibit initiative to look beyond the everyday business to find opportunities to maximize sales potential Benefits you’ll enjoy: 30% shoe discount off all our brands Career development and growth opportunities Hybrid work environment (work on-site and from home) Full health benefits that start on day one (medical, vision, and dental)
